
Enhance Facilities Services has switched its Time & Attendance provider and is now using Timegate from TEAM Software. Timegate is one of the market leaders and is specifically tailored to the Cleaning, Security and FM industry. Employees log in and out of work using the Timegate Employee App.
The App uses GPS location tracking during the login/shift period so Enhance can be sure that staff are in the right place at the right times. Workforce schedules and rosters allow us to have real-time visibility as well as helping us to plan ahead easily and manage holidays and staff absence. Missed shifts or unapproved overtime are all flagged up on the dashboard.
Timegate also allows staff to make check-in calls during their shifts. The system automatically triggers alerts to a Manager when calls are missed, adding an extra measure of security in the management of lone workers.
