Enhance Facilities Services becomes part of the Workplace Group
An annual survey carried out among Enhance Office Cleaning’s employees has shown high satisfaction rates. Many staff cited the people, the team and their managers as the thing they liked best about their work at Enhance. Overall 87% reported that they enjoyed their work, while 90% reported that they were happy with their hourly pay rates. The numbers who agreed that they were treated with respect at work increased from 70% in 2016 to 93% in 2017.
Managing Director Sandy Aird said “we are delighted with the results of the staff survey. At Enhance we know how important it is to have a happy and motivated work force and we believe this translates into great cleaning results for our clients.”
